Bank Fee Review
Bank fees arrive as account analysis statements full of service codes that each bank applies its own way. We reconcile them against what you agreed to pay and give you a documented list of what to raise.
Finance and treasury teams with several banking relationships and analyzed accounts, who suspect fees have drifted but don't have the hours to check line by line.
- Recent account analysis statements from each bank in scope (PDF, EDI 822, camt.086 or a spreadsheet export)
- Your pricing agreements or fee schedules, if you have them
- A short note on which services you actually use
- Each bank's charges mapped to AFP service code categories, with non-standard codes flagged
- A line-by-line comparison against agreed pricing, where you have it
- Discrepancies listed with the statement evidence for each one
- Charges for services that look unused or duplicated
- A prioritized list of items to raise with each bank, written so you can forward it
$2,500–$5,000Fixed fee
The exact figure depends on the number of banks and months in scope, and is confirmed in writing before work starts. The timeline is agreed up front.
Prefer to pay from what the review finds? Ask about a contingency fee of 20–30% of first-year savings. All pricing
Before you send anything, we agree in writing how your documents will be stored, who sees them and when they're deleted. You can redact account numbers; the review doesn't need them.
