Privacy notice

The short version

• The free tools process your files on your own device. We never receive them.
• If you use the contact form, we receive what you type and use it only to reply.
• No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no selling of data.

Free tools

The file checker and other tools run as JavaScript in your browser. Files you select or paste are read into your browser's memory and displayed back to you. They are not uploaded, stored or logged, and we do not record what you check. The site's Content Security Policy prevents the page from sending data to other websites.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email, any company and role details, your selections and your message. We use them to reply and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. The submission is stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, which processes it on our behalf and emails a copy to our inbox. Ask us at any time to delete your submission.

Hosting and logs

Like any web host, Netlify processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to serve and protect the site. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.

Client documents

Documents shared for a paid review are handled under the terms agreed in writing for that review, including where they are stored and when they are deleted.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, through the contact form.
